Hadron Energy Attend Nuclear U.S. Regulatory Commission RIC

Samuel Gibson

This week, Hadron Energy attended the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Regulatory Information Conference (RIC)! Beginning the event with a keynote speech by NRC Chairman, David Wright, we learned about advancements in nuclear energy licensing. Discussions included how the NRC will drive the development of Gigawatt (GW) scaled demand. With peak demand growing by 151 GW (17%) over the next decade, meeting this challenge will require a united effort across all energy industries.

At this event, policymakers, industry leaders, and stakeholders from around the world united around a shared mission to commercialize nuclear energy. Topics on advancing nuclear energy licensing, commercialization, workforce development, and industry demand were especially insightful. We are excited at Hadron Energy to be at the forefront of microreactor innovation.

Hadron Energy is developing a microreactor which is transportable, modular, and provides 24/7 reliable energy. It is designed to provide power for data centers, remote communities, industrial sites, government applications, and more. Attending this event strengthened the Hadron Energy team's commitment to delivering reliable baseload power to end users. Follow along with Hadron Energy for the latest in microreactor developments!
