SAMUEL GIBSON
Gibson's leadership at Hadron Energy led to the development of micro modular reactors, AND Securing 3.6-Gigawatts for power supply agreements with Data Centers and Industrials.
His expertise has been recognized through his acceptance into the Forbes Technology Council, earning the title of ASME International Standards & Certifications Scholar, and Global Engineering Leader
ROSS RIDENOURE
Ridenoure has held Senior Reactor Operator (SRO) licenses or certifications on three different commercial nuclear power plants and has led major nuclear initiatives across the U.S., Middle East, and globally.
A retired U.S. Navy Commander, he served nearly 29 years, including eight years of active duty as a submarine nuclear reactor prototype instructor and on a nuclear-powered fleet ballistic missile submarine.


ANDREA VEIL
Andrea has been serving as the Director of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) at the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) since March 2021, overseeing the regulation of the nation's commercial nuclear power reactors.
Her extensive experience includes managing licensing, oversight, rulemaking, and incident response for operating commercial nuclear power reactors, new reactor technologies, and non-power production facilities.
RAYMOND CAO, PHD
Dr. Raymond Cao serves as a Professor in the Nuclear Engineering Program and Director of the Nuclear Reactor Laboratory at The Ohio State University, bringing extensive academic and research leadership to the field.
Dr. Cao has secured over $24 million in research grants from federal agencies and industry, authored approximately 200 publications with over 11,000 citations, and holds 15 patents, reflecting his significant contributions to nuclear engineering.


STEVEN BIRDSALL
Holds an MBA from Brigham Young University Marriott School of Business and a bachelor's degree in econometrics from the University of Utah, providing a strong foundation in business and analytical skills
He has served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Anaplan, Leading it’s IPO, and held Senior Roles at SAP, Oracle, Adobe, and Qlik, demonstrating his expertise in scaling operations and driving revenue growth
ANDREW WARD, PHD
Dr. Andrew Ward developed the PARCS code, which the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) employs as its primary core-level confirmatory tool for reactor safety evaluations.
He holds a Ph.D. in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Master's Degree in Physics from Purdue University
